1670 Broadway is an existing office building located at 17th and Arapahoe in downtown Denver. The renovation seeks to make strong and logical connections from the Office Tower lobby with the new and expanded Amenity functions as well as the enhanced Conference Center. Particular attention was paid to linking a previously disconnected layout. The project includes a fitness center, commons area, new feature stair, and upgrades to the existing main building lobby.
