The Owner requested initial design drawings to understand the cost associated with upgrading the interior finishes throughout the common areas of an existing 3-story office building. Additionally, as part of this study, they wanted layouts for how 12,000 SF of vacant space could be divided into Spec Office Suites of various sizes. The building is located at 363 Centennial Parkway in Louisville, Colorado.
Interior renovations include:
- Upgrade interior finishes throughout common areas (1st and 2nd Floor)
- New furniture in lobby and conference room
- Build “Spec Suites” on 2nd Floor
- Restroom upgrades
