Creekside Clubhouse

Creekside Clubhouse is a renovation project tasked to update the interior of existing apartment clubhouse. Located at 5250 E Cherry Creek South Drive, Denver, Colorado, this project involves transforming the existing fitness center, reconfiguring the leasing center, and providing the residents of the apartment complex with a new, state-of-the-art mailroom.

The new leasing center aims to create an open environment and provide new residents with a more inviting experience in the space. The fitness center will be re-finished to create a more vibrant and welcoming environment that will encourage more usage of the space and provide residents with a state-of-the-art facility. The new mailroom provides better security, as well as providing additional square footage to allow for more package storage. New lighting, paint, modern flooring, and upgraded ceiling fans will enhance both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the building. The renovation will also improve connectivity between the clubhouse and adjacent outdoor amenities, creating a seamless transition for residents to enjoy indoor and outdoor wellness activities.
