East Village

Originally built in 1982, East Village is an existing three-story office building in the Denver Tech Center. The original design had a central atrium with a water feature and lush vegetation but was not easily accessibly to the rest of the building. A new “Central Hall” was created to connect all three levels of the building and foster interaction. The Central Hall has six large skylights and designer touches with modern furnishing and wood accessed. As part of the building amenities, the project includes a grab-n-go market, fitness center, bike storage, conference room, mezzanine lounge space, and outdoor plaza space. This complete renovation with upgrades to the landscaping, exterior, and interior provides a vibrant new work space able to support either single or multiple tenants.
